Suggestion, Improve PSD File

I'm trying to create a skin for the contest, so I downloaded the files to draw with on SAI. When I realized that the lineart layer was on the same layer as the grey stand in body color. As well as where the skin would be drawn, above both layers.
I believe that It might be a good idea to have the lineart layer above the skin layer, and the skin layer above the body color layer. I feel as though it would make the designing process smoother

Thank you! I've edited the PSD files to put the lineart back in (I needed to put it in the top layer, but it should still help as a guide on where the skin should go). I'll get those uploaded in the next few minutes!
